Our philosophy is more than just an expression of who we are, we strongly believe that it shapes our decision making and should be reflected in everything we say, everything we do and everything we are.

We believe that every child and every adult should have the opportunity to become the very best they can be regardless of how they started life and where their journey will take them. We value diversity and the richness that each individual brings to our service.

Genuine respect for each participant and their contributions forms the foundation of our practices and decision-making. We see children as capable members of their community, and we support and encourage them to take an active role in it.

We value the knowledge, passion and skills of our families, educators and others in our wider community and invite them to contribute to our service. We see members of each family as a child’s most influential teachers and are proud to partner with them on each child’s learning journey. We aim to be active in our community and ensure that we share with our children the elements that make our community unique and special.

Through our play-based approach and responsive practices, children are able to experience a world of security and inspiration, a place to dream, to be, to belong and to become and to believe that anything is possible!

We aim to support children to make choices that contribute to their own and others health, safety and wellbeing. We recognise the important role we play in supporting children in becoming responsible citizens and making choices which benefit the wider community. Together we believe we can create a love of nature and an understanding of the importance of environmental sustainability.

We believe that communication is the key to successful relationships, and we encourage all participants to express their ideas and needs respectfully. We value our educators and recognise them as the key to delivering outstanding early childhood education and child care. We are committed to on-going learning and development and investing in our future leaders.

  We’ve had the best experience with Believe Childcare Centre! My son absolutely loves the educators here and has grown so attached to them. I can tell he’s being really well looked after and cared for every day. It means the world as a parent to leave your child somewhere they feel safe and loved.   The staff at Believe Early Learning are absolutely amazing! They have helped my child grow in confidence and come out of his shell so much. Every time I pick him up, I can see how happy he is and how much he has enjoyed his day.

Unfortunately, we are moving interstate, otherwise we would have happily stayed right up until he started school.

Thank you so much to everyone at Believe for all the love, care and support you have given him. We are genuinely so sad to be leaving and will miss you all so much!

  Both of my daughters have grown up with Believe Early Learning, and I genuinely couldn't recommend them enough. My eldest has been attending since she was 8 months old and turns 3 in November, while her little sister has been there since she was just 2 months old and turns 2 in December. Both girls absolutely love their daycare, their educators and, of course, their little friends.

One of the things I appreciate most is the communication from the educators. At pick-up, they're always happy to tell us about the girls' day, and the enthusiasm they show when sharing those little stories is honestly one of the highlights. You can see on their faces that they genuinely care about the children they're looking after.

We've also loved watching the girls' confidence grow. They both absolutely love music, singing and dancing, and daycare has given them such a wonderful environment to explore that side of themselves and come out of their shells.

As a parent, communication has always been really important to me. We receive daily updates and photos of what the children have been up to, as well as feedback from their educators in the afternoon. If there's ever an illness or incident, we're contacted promptly with a phone call or voice message explaining what's happened and what, if anything, they need from us. Admin communication has also always been clear, usually with a phone call followed up by an email.

Like any parent, there have been times when I've had questions or concerns. I've always felt comfortable raising them, and the room lead educators have listened, treated my concerns respectfully and come back to me with a resolution. That means a lot when you're trusting someone else with the two most important little people in your life.

A special mention has to go to Nat and Bonny. They were two of my eldest daughter's very first educators and have had such a huge impact on her growth. They adored and cared for her from the beginning, helped her spread her wings and played such a special part in guiding her into the confident little lady she is becoming today. They are two of the most amazing educators I've had the pleasure of meeting, and I'll always be grateful for the role they've played in her early years.

Kylie in admin, along with the admin staff before her, has also always been warm and friendly whenever my husband and I are doing drop-offs and pick-ups. Those everyday interactions make such a difference.

After having two children attend Believe Early Learning from such young ages, I can say without hesitation that we've had a genuinely positive experience. My girls are almost always excited to go to daycare, which probably says more than anything else could.

I would absolutely recommend Believe Early Learning to families in the area. ❤️

  My daughter has been attending this childcare centre from last two months and we have had a wonderful experience. The educators are caring, supportive, and genuinely dedicated to the children’s growth and wellbeing. The teachers create a warm, safe, and welcoming environment where children feel comfortable, valued, and encouraged to learn. I have seen my daughter grow in confidence, develop new skills, and build positive relationships since attending the centre.   I highly recommend Believe Early Education. The team creates such a safe, engaging environment and we always feel welcomed. The communication is excellent, and I’ve always felt informed, supported, and listened to.

Knowing my daughter is cared for by people who truly value her wellbeing gives me complete peace of mind. We are incredibly grateful for the dedication and kindness everyone portrays for our daughter who has a medical condition.
