I have been in the early education and care profession for over 14 years and pride myself on providing infants, toddlers, and young children with positive learning experiences.
I believe that early childhood is a celebration of learning. I strive to model respect, patience, and care for all children and adults while honouring diversity and the importance of each child’s socio-cultural context.
As the Nominated Supervisor for Believe Early Education I am looking forward to working with our team to support children as they embark on a journey to make discoveries about themselves and the world around them. I value the relationships with families and believe that together we can have a positive impact on each child and their future.
I have been in the childcare sector for over 3 years, while actively working towards my Bachelor of Education, Early Childhood and Primary. My experience stems from working as an Early Childhood Teacher before stepping into the role of Educational Leader.
My personal and professional values highlight children’s wellbeing and believe in nurturing this through trusted, respectful, and reciprocal relationships with children, families, and staff.
As the Educational Leader, I pride myself on ensuring educators and children are provided with opportunities to express themselves whole-heartedly, creatively, and purposefully.
